Full width aft VIP guest cabin with walk-around double bed, little sofas to port and starboard, and an en-suite bathroom, situated forward of cabin - to port. This cabin is convertible to two twin cabins with each one en-suite bathroom.  
Forward of the VIP cabin there is the engine room, which is followed by the master cabin with en-suite bathroom  
The full width master cabin has a centered walk-around double bed, a small sofa to starboard, a desk to port, a walk-in wardrobe to port - aft of bed and also aft of bed an en-suite bathroom to starboard.  
Following there are two identical guest cabins with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms.  
Further forward there are the crew quarters with two cabins. Each cabin with upper and lower berths and en-suite bathroom. The wardrobes are situated in bow.  
 
The upper deck saloon has bar followed by a big sofa to port and further forward a dinette for up to eight persons.  
Forward on upper deck there is a dinette for the crew to starboard - aft of the helm. The port side captain's cabin has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

This Azimut 97 was very solidly constructed in 1992 with the most desirable layout with the galley up. She was totally refitted in 2003 and her exterior painted entirely in 2008!
